She is mediator trained in mediation from ISDLS U.S.A, ADR -ODR -UK, and Straus Institute -Pepperdine University. She is a Master Trainer associated with Karnataka Mediation Centre and MCPC of Supreme Court of India who has trained many Judges, Advocates, students , and professionals from other walks of life in Mediation.

She has authored many books including three on mediation

  1. Mediation Reader’s Hand Book
  2. Change Through Mediation.
  3. Daily Mediation Thoughts
She was one of the members of the committee constituted by MCPC to suggest draft legislation on Mediation.
She is a resource person for the State and National Judicial Academy, and also a Professor of Practice at CMR University.
Her recent books:- Treatise on Hindu Marriage Act And Substantial Questions of Law have received great appreciation.
She has also authored an English Novel “I am Reon” which touches grey areas related to the turmoil children go through when relationships between parents get disturbed.
She regularly appears on small screen in discussions related to legal and social issues.
She is a renowned columnist and her articles appear regularly in several magazines.
