Suresh Gupta was born in Mombasa, Kenya. After completing his university studies in
the United Kingdom with a degree in accounting, Suresh relocated to the United States
with his young family, driven by a vision to establish a thriving real estate enterprise.
In 1984, he co-founded Park Square Homes in Orlando, FL, alongside his father-in-law,
Braham Aggarwal. Since its inception, Park Square Homes has become a prominent
home building company, having constructed over 15,000 homes for families
throughout Florida
Suresh’s leadership extends beyond Park Square Homes. He oversees affiliated
companies including mortgage and title services, to provide a comprehensive
homebuying experience for homeowners in the for-sale and for-rent housing market.
He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1986 and has held his title insurance
and General Contractor licenses for over 20 years.
Recognizing the potential in diverse commercial real estate ventures, Suresh expanded
his portfolio to include hotels, multifamily properties, and build-to-rent communities.
In 2015, Suresh, along with his son and Co-CEO of Park Square Homes, established
Kimaya as a commercial subsidiary of Park Square Enterprises, LLC. Kimaya is a
full-service commercial real estate investment, development, and management firm
headquartered in Orlando, FL.
Beyond his professional achievements, Suresh is a respected leader and philanthropist.
He served on the boards of Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County,
American Diabetes Association, the Orlando Chamber of Governors, Hindu University,
Hindu Society of Central Florida, and the University of Central Florida (UCF) Foundation.
His commitment to education and community well-being is demonstrated through his
sponsorship of a student in the Charter Class of the UCF School of Medicine.
Suresh and his family have also established the Aggarwal and Gupta Family Foundation,
which is dedicated to supporting lifelong education and well-being initiatives. Their
philanthropic efforts have made a significant impact, with the foundation having
donated over $10 million to meaningful projects that benefit communities in Central
Florida and India.
